• Minimum of 1 year of siding/window installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license
• Maintain Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per Occurrence
• Maintain Workers Compensation coverage.
• Must have truck/trailer, and all necessary equipment to complete each job.

Specific duties for this position are as follows:

• Post-sale project scoping including measurement and accurate order submission.
• Schedule and manage installation crews utilizing production planning software.
• Ensure schedules and timelines are met within contract obligations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate required permits, inspections with local jurisdictions to meet applicable code requirements.
• Excellent internal communication with employees and external crews

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of window, siding, and door installation or project management experience needed
• Knowledge and use of construction equipment and tools
• Ability to coordinate the duties of others, manage own time, personnel, and resources
• Ability to plan and manage jobs
• Effective interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, and team building skills
• History of excellent attendance record, punctuality, dependability, and initiative
• Maintain a current insurable driver’s license

Expectations:

• Meet in-person with 2-3 prospective customers each day
• Work with production team to help deliver project requirements and mitigate service related issues.
• Manage, track and follow up with multiple prospects daily.
• Earn $100k+ in compensation year 1.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
• Proven track record of one stop closing
• Some knowledge of home improvement processes and industry
• Drivers License (Required)
• Ability to work day and evening shifts.
